Need Assistance Deleting Partner Account

Hi there,

My new company created this Shopify Partners account for me, but I've had one on my own for quite some time. They are ok with me deleting this Partners account and using my own. Can someone please assist me in this process?

  1. Log in to your Partner account at
  2. Navigate to the Support Tab on the left hand side menu
  3. Click Contact Partner Support
  4. This will re-direct you to our Help Center, where you will continue to choose your contact method
