Need help ASAP - no orders showing up on Shopify.

Hello.

Was recommended to post here, so I'm hoping I can get some help.

I launched a targeted FB Ads campaign yesterday, and I'm freaking out that none of my purchases that show up in my FB Business account are showing up on shopify.

This is how it looks in my Ads Manager - https://i.imgur.com/bnh2AQK.png

Yet when I go to Shopify or DSers (similar to Oberlo) - Nothing shows up - https://i.imgur.com/KPiGfj1.png , or https://i.imgur.com/AquvwJ3.png

Would be willing to pay for a solution, this is not a good situation to be in.

Hi @Charismaniac ,

Abhishek from Addyz  here. Have you setup UTM parameters in your campaigns?
If yes go to your Google analytics account and check for corresponding event tracked by GA. 
Very rare, but my any chance is it possible that you have incorrectly installed fb pixel on the store?
