Need to update my business information (things like EIN). Haven't heard anything from support

Hi I need to make changes to my account reflecting a changed EIN, and was mentioned that things would be escalated from support but haven't heard anything. Was wondering what I need to do as I have orders and payments that I have coming in still which aren't going to get cleared into my new bank account.
