I am having problems with the new POS interface. On the old system, I was able to have employees close their shift and print a receipt that shows total sales for the day with cash and credit sales, gross and net, etc. I use this to track my sales and settlements in Quick books. With the new system you cannot see credit sales at all, on the reciept nor on the POS. How do i get the old receipts on the new system? Please don't tell me to go to the back office and pull reports. I am aware of that option but need it by shift with the cash drop so i don't have to completely change my accounting procedures to accommodate Shopify.
