I not able to access support by email or chat. My account is in pause mode. To access support, the system requests that I identify my store. My store is not listed. No access to support! I think I will be billed beginning next week, and cannot cancel my account. Help.

Did you try support@shopify.com ?

Rmb to include your shopify url - for example abc.myshopify.com
