No confirmation email

Hi,

Our customers arent receiving confirmation emails upon ordering. Is there a reason for this.

Hello!

 

Can you try doing a test order using your email and see if you receive a confirmation email. If not, please check your spam/junk folder. It might be there

Do store admin receive notification regarding orders?

Also can you please visit "Settings > Notifications". 

  • Check template for "Order confirmation" is empty or not? ( here you can see email template)
  • you can also do "sent test notification" on the same page.
