No response from Shopify Plus Team

Hi, I have made sent several requests to Shopify Plus for upgrading my store to the Plus Plan. But no response so far.

I have even completed the form on their website and responded to the marketing emails to encourage you to switch to the Plus plan. To no avail.

I hope I can receive some guidance here.

If you can let me know the email address you used to fill out the Plus contact form, I can check in with the team directly to see if they were able to get your requests.

We can then try to ensure you get a contact from the relevant team so you can discuss a potential Plus contract.

Hi @Don,

We are having the same issue with Shopify Plus. We filled out the form last week and have followed up on live chat but still no response. 

Please can you take a look in to this for us?
