Is it better to have no reviews or is it better to have a few reviews?
My logic is this: If there is no function to leave reviews on your products, users can't gauge the popularity of the product. The product could be very popular or not at all. They can't be turned off by the lack of popularity, but at the same time there is no proof of satisfaction or social proof.
If there are just a few (less than like 15) mostly positive reviews, then there is some proof of satisfaction, but the lack of popularity will be shown and might turn off the customer.
Also I see a lot of top stores not having a reviews function.
Have you guys noticed a difference in sales when using review apps?
