If I am being perfectly honest the fact that you received that many orders this fast is actually pretty good. A lot of stores go weeks before they make their first sale so congratulations! That is definitely something worth celebrating.
I think the biggest question at the moment is who purchased your products so far. Was it maybe some friends and family that purchased at the beginning to support you or were they other strangers that came across your website. Then you will want to ask where these new people came from. Besides checking the order form for each sale you can go to the Analytics page in your Shopify store to gather this information. Under Reports > Sales you will have access to a bunch of information, but the biggest data you will want to look at the moment is the Sales by Traffic Referrer. You will also want to take a look at the Acquisition group and see the Sessions by Location report.
All of this data will help you to understand where you are generating your traffic from and then you can use that to help you generate more traffic.
This blog post is a little bit older, but it is definitely worth a read! There is a lot of information in here on how you can use your analytics and store data to help increase traffic and conversation. From what I am hearing that seems to be what needs to happen.
As far as your ad spend is concerned, it is great that you are choosing the top 5 social platforms. However a $10 ad spend is relatively small in the grand scheme of things. Are you repeating your ad spend on each platform per day? If that is the case you may actually see more results.
When it comes to ads it can take a customer even two weeks of repeat viewing of an add before that ad will convert into a paying customer. So it is all about the long game.
Then you with will need to make sure that your ads are so captivating that your customers won't be able to help but take a look at what you have to offer. What are the main components in your ads so far?
Also, how are you targeting your ads? Not only do you need to know where your customers are coming from you will want to make sure that you think about who you are wanting to sell too. Really make sure you dig into the specifics. Things like Age, Gender, Location, Interest will need to be specified. Even thinking about your customers Income Level can help you so you can target the people who will actually buy from you. This way you won't spend money on ads that won't give you a return.
When it comes to creating and maintaining ads it may seem like you have to spend a lot of money, but if the work is put in in the beginning to make sure that you are sending the right ads to the right people you will make your money back! Marketing is an investment.
I suggest marketing an in depth marketing plan. Have you done this yet? If not, this link from entrepraneur.com is very helpful in getting that done.
