Hi Nisan,
Overall I really like your store especially with all the app integrations throughout.
How many visits are you getting to your store? Is the problem getting visitors to begin with or is there a part of the conversion funnel in which there is a disconnect with customers?
A couple of things I would change just by looking at the look of the store, I would add a logo rather than just writing. I would add a favicon to your store as well. These types of things just create more credibility. Another thing would be creating a product link at the top as there is a bit of confusion as to where to head when you first land on your home page. Create an About Us page, customers want to see a story and have it resonate with them.

I even invested money in FB, Adwords and even made a promotional video in place.
None of those things guarantee results you need to iterate on what you've learned about what's NOT working.
Design wise there is way to much stuff on the page, for desktop above the fold there's over 15 elements users need to scan through including app widgets flying in from off page.
There are some javascript errors including 1 for instafeed(instagram) and others to do with so make sure the site is behaving how you think it should be across devices and browers.
Load wise the page is slow from excessive images and video https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Focean-wave.net
While the video hero is neat it alone is 5mb of bandwidth your forcing on visitors. On mobile the video hero is mostly obscured by a large non-interactive " Miami Summer 2019 Collection".
I'm starting to lose faith, and way too much money.
Your in women fashion a heavily competitive market that will constantly make you question belief in the business if you let a faith based mindset dictate whether you continue or not.
Don't make whether your in a business a matter something so fleeting, a mindset of discipline will get you much further and is a hallmark of successful businesses.
First step towards replacing such a mindset with discipline is making iterable plans that purposefully incorporate failure as a possibility along with success.
Example getting your first sale with $20 then $50 then $500 adspend but changing campaigns to ab-test along the way when it's obviously not working, or investing in a marketing expert.

- Working on "About Us"
Thank you!

A clearer call to action when the page loads, the "view collection" isn't focused enough when combined with hero imagery and 'view collection' is barely in view on mobile devices per my description of the slideshow in my first reply
Hi Nisan, Firstly, I would like to inform you that, your site looks pretty awesome, you don't need to invest much time on the customization part as everything looks fine. But there are few points which I think, you may consider it , please check the below suggestion :-
1)I have observed that, on your site, you can provide menus, as well as submenus, they play the important role in the navigation of user in the store. Big brands like Amazon, follows the same strategy. I am attaching the screenshot https://prnt.sc/of4nwi, please see to it. You can provide your collection at the top. This will have good impact.
2)You also need to remove the duplicacy from the footer. I am attaching the screenshot https://prnt.sc/of590g
3)Also, you need to work on SEO of your Products, title of your products should contains important keyword such as bikini, if products is related to bikini, it would be your focus keyword, similarly with the case of other products also, you can use the same strategy.
4)I would recommend you to add video analysis script such as Hotjar or Inspectlet, so that you can track the visitor behavior on your site through video, you can track the session of your visior, based on that, you can plan related to customization.
For more details, you can visit the website where we have clearly mention related to digital marketing of the store http://bit.ly/32tdYQk
Hi there!
I have just finished making major changes to the website, including most of the things mentioned in this thread.
Design wise there is way to much stuff on the page, for desktop above the fold there's over 15 elements users need to scan through including app widgets flying in from off page.
- I made some major changes in the homepage.
Load wise the page is slow from excessive images and video https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Focean-wave.net
- I tried reducing, even paid for someone to reduce loading times.
While the video hero is neat it alone is 5mb of bandwidth your forcing on visitors. On mobile the video hero is mostly obscured by a large non-interactive " Miami Summer 2019 Collection".
- Removed the tag
Hi Nisan,
Good to see that you have worked on the following changes. Now you can visualize the differences very soon. I would recommend you to do watch the hotjar, to check the performance of your buyers on your site. In hotjar you can create the heatmaps as well as funnel. Through heatmap, you can visualize the summarise data of your site. You can identify the number of clicks on those sections and amount of scroll on your site. In Google Analytics you need to setup seperate goal related to checkout and thank you page, you can track the number of goals completed.
If you need any expert guidance, you can take the assistance from me on skype.
