Not able to re-open shopify store

Had an outsatanding bill which i paid and was asked to pick a plan to resume my store.
After picking a plan the system keeps prompting « contact support »
Can't contact support because there is no shop to pick. 
pls let me know the next step to reopen my store.

Hyde here from Shopify.

If you go to this page and click Contact Support you will be prompted to either login or continue without a store - so you can choose the second option.

Once you have done so, you will be prompted to ask about a topic. Search for your query and relevant help docs will populate as well as the option to proceed to live chat or email.
