Hi Shopify,
I would very much appreciate help as I am new, and have searched the existing questions without resolve.
I am not dropshipping, and would like to ask what the sequence is when a customer purchases? It seems as though they receive a "order fulfilled" email, but I would like to add a separate email without a tracking number once we have posted the item (which is a day after the order is accepted)
Could someone please advise how this could be done?
