I'm sorry to hear that you were having trouble connecting your Shopify store to the Oberlo app. If you're still unable to connect, can you please let me know which browser and device you're using? It might be helpful to try clearing your browser's cache or try a private browsing window in case there are any settings or extensions getting in the way. Navigating to Oberlo from the Apps section of your Shopify admin may also help.
