I have just been on live chat with Shopify and there is a problem with delay in live reporting.
"We are seeing some delay in our live report, which is affecting the analytics data at the moment. I've just double checked with our team, and this is something they are working on right now to help get resolved as soon as possible. Your customers won't be affected by this, it's just the analytics data is delayed in syncing with our reports."
So hopefully will be sorted soon.
Is anyone still having this problem? For the past week, my sessions are only showing a fraction of what is showing on Google Analytics. I'm showing around 40 for the entire day when I normally show well over 600 sessions. Is this another Shopify bug or do I need to fix something? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
