Online store won’t load

My online store won’t load from any browser. Customers reporting that it doesn’t open . HELP

says server isn’t responding . No notification on admin page

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your online store. I opened it on my end and it is working okay for me here:

Would you have any more information on the error you or your customers are seeing? Where are you based or where have the customers been based? Can you please clear your cache and cookies and ensure you are using an up to date version of Google Chrome. Once you have done that, can you let me know if it fixes the error you are experiencing?

I’m having the same issue and have been having this issue for about 5 days, it has caused me money to fix as it is different to reach out. No email or phone number.
