Hi Rose 

I hope you are well 

I would like to ask for help with similar issue that the topics that I joined.

I joined shopify, created one account and put it on pause so it will give me the time to set it up before start a business.

I am in the point of check out for try to see how it will work as customer who will purchase a item and I can't get anymore access to the check out, the page says "oops something went wrong".

Please can I get support to solve the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me, @Jay86 .

I've taken a look at your website and everything is appearing as expected on my end. 

Our platform experienced a brief outage earlier today which might explain why you were seeing an error message. In any case, can you try clearing your browser of cache and cookies to see if that solves things on your end? I might also suggest trying to access the site in Google Chrome as that browser is the most compatible with our platform.

Please let me know if the issue persists and I'll be happy to investigate further.

Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps.

I can see your screenshot is showing the theme editor on the cart page. Can you walk me through the steps that you are taking leading to this error message?

Since you are on the Pause plan currently, it is possible that the error is appearing since the Checkout is disabled on this plan. Therefore, certain actions leading to checkout from the cart page (even through the theme editor) would be disabled and lead to an unavailable page message. 

Are you seeing this error message on any other page through the theme editor?

I can't access the theme editor. I can't do anything at all. When I login
to my store I get the message saying "something went wrong please contact
support" but I can't even create a ticket because I can't login to my store
at all.

Hi rose 

I noticed this issue of not accessing to the check happened between the end of my trial and when I switched my store in paused mode. 
It be might related but I am not sure 100%. 
So far, from all the different access it look fine I did not have any other access issue. 
According to what you said if it’s because I put my store in paused that why I can’t get access to the check out how Can I check it and edit the check out area before launch my store ? 
the concern that I have it Is, if the check out issue it is from the store on pause I would like to know if it is a way that without been charging for full price but Pay pause fee i can keep set up my online store Until everything is perfect.
