Order Cancelletion

Hi,

I am looking for clerification about cancelltion of order. If I cancel a previous order today, will it be shown in todays return or in the date order created?

Hi, @kamranblueeast. 

Great question! Cancelling an order would only reflect in your reports if you also refund the order. When refunding the order, the refund will show on the day you refunded the order and not the day the order was processed. Thanks for your support. Actulllay at my admin dasboard I have a returns optiion showing the amount of returns.

Please clerify if these returns also includes cancelled orders and If I cancel a previous dated order today will This be included today return or in order processed date.

Returns would not show cancelled orders unless the cancelled order was refunded. Refunds will reflect on the day of the refund, and not the day the order was processed. If you're seeing any discrepancies in your reporting, let me know.
