I ordered a product for through oberlo/shopify for a product on Aliexpress. However, at the time the Aliexpress order failed (it shows is complete) but the payment was rejected due to my email address not being verified (this was fixed). On Shopify and Oberlo I am not seeing how to re-order the product for the customer so that it actually goes through. Does anyone know how I can rectify this?

Do you see the order listed in your Shopify admin and in the Oberlo dashboard? If the order does appear in both the Shopify admin and Oberlo dashboard, everything should be connected correctly and there should be an AliExpress order number you can click on to complete the purchase and ensure the order is shipping to the correct address. Let me know what you see in your admin as far as order status and whether there's an order number, and we can go from there.
