We're using a private app to choose a shipping carrier for us and we are also using a private app to update the tracking statuses of our Shopify orders (confirmed, in transit, out for delivery etc.). We've noticed that Shopify sends out order status change emails. However, it has stopped sending SMSes for the same, for some reason. Does the usage of private apps block Shopify from sending these SMSes? And if that is the case, then is there a way around it?
