We are looking for a way to optimise our online sales management system. We have a couple of Shopify shops setup with a single warehouse. At the moment, we print out each individual order, then it goes down to warehouse where it's collected and packed for shipping and then we print out a shipping label. It takes a lot of time to sort out through these orders and it uses a lot of paper so in order to go more efficient and eco friendly I was looking for a solution but just dont know where to start. I was thinking about an app that would synchronise with my Shopify shops, people in the warehouse would be able to access orders on their tablets and update the status of the order and from there they could print out shipping labels.
Is there anything like that? Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?
