Hey there, @Kiran_Singam
Bo here from Shopify Support!
Many of the Draft Orders created are emailed to customers so that they can make the purchase themselves. Because the customer completes the checkout process and reaches the /thank_you page, these Orders are being tracked by Google Analytics as expected. Other Draft Orders, however, are created only within the Shopify Admin. This occurs either when creating purchase orders (that will be paid for in the future) or when we're simply taking credit card information over the phone. These Orders are not being tracked by Google Analytics as the order does not go through the checkout of the website itself, it is all processed on the backend so there is no way for Google to track this.
If you're looking for reports about your sales, including draft orders, you may want to check out our app Better Reports. It is able to break down sales per channel, including draft orders, web, and down to the specific referring website.
All the Best,
