Why is my Shopify notification still showing an unfulfilled order?

My Shopify notification is showing that I still have one order to fulfill but every order has been filled, can you please help me to find out why it’s still showing one order to fulfill

Thanks for reaching out.

If you are seeing that Shopify is notifying your admin that you have an open order. This isn't necessarily because you have to fulfill the orders for the notification to disappear. The reason it may be informing you that you have one order to action is because the order has not yet been archived. You should be able to archive the open order to have the notification cleared up.

You can set up automatic archiving on orders to allow your orders to automatically archive after it has been paid and fulfilled.
