I have a customer that placed an order on June 5, 2020 and the order continues to say in progress. My wife and I have contacted you through your chat box, emailed and still not feedback on this particular order. Not only are we becoming frustrated, but the customer is just as equally frustrated with the timeframe on when she will get her product.
Thanks for your post! That does seem unusual but I definitely need some more context to see what's going on.
Are you seeing the order say "in progress" within an app or in your admin? Or is this an item being tracked and "in progress"? If it's the latter, it's important to keep in mind that many shipping companies are experiencing some significant delay - some up to 3 weeks.
