Overdelay on Facebook Shop Approval

Well as the title says, I am having trouble with my facebook shop approval, I am in the process now for over 1 and half week, already tried updating products descriptions and titltes, with no response. I will like to know why is this and how to fix it as soon as possible since its crucial for my client's business and since I am paying for a service that supposedly makes this facebook shop process easier. I don't want the typical 48 hours answer I want a real solution please. Thanks

I think the problem here relies that facebook thinks my store is located in my my non existing Shopify online store sales channel, since I am only using buy buttons in my website, but I don't really know if this is the case.

Typically the review the process does take 24-48 hours, however, if you're currently experiencing a longer wait, then you might be stuck in the approval queue on Facebook. To figure out whether this is the case, and to help push that along I'm going to send you an email to the email on your account so I can get that escalated to our technical team. If you could follow up on that email, then I can get that escalation looked after so we can get you selling on Facebook!

Hi 

We are having the same issue with our shopify store being stuck in review with Facebook.

Can you please provide the email so that we can attempt to rectify this problem?

Hey Tracey!

Thank you for letting us know! After speaking with our technical support it would appear that the only fix we have currently is to disconnect the Facebook account then reconnect it. Doing this should kick in the review process and get your Facebook store added.

We are facing the same issue, waited over a week I have disconnected and reconnect as you suggested. Still no luck. Anything you can do to help.

Same here shop has been under review for 7 days. I’ve had Facebook shop for years but I waited until the last bill my bill was due to update my cc info. My account was frozen for maybe 15 mins and when I got back in of course I had to reconnect Facebook. I’ve already escalated this and received an email from tech support stating that there’s a delay and they don’t know when it will be fixed😫

Facebook does occasionally get backed up in their review process, so it may take longer than the 48 hours that is quoted initially. Our technical support will keep you in the loop with further information as soon as it becomes available.
