Overlay text on homepage image does not display when the website switched to mobile view

Hi Shopify,

I am using minimal theme for my store and the overlay text goes missing or invisible when I view my store on my mobile phone. Can sombody please help me to get it fixed.

I just loaded it up and the overlay text is there, but when the image loads it goes over the text instead of the other way around.

I have no technical knowledge, so I don't know how to fix it - but hopefully that observation might still help.
