PLEASE HELP ME - Image Hover ***

I am literally tearing my hair out trying to add image hover to my Masonry theme

Followed shopifys tutorial & got it to work, however it stretches my images , so had to remove it 

Can anyone help me get the image hover in place (so it flips between image 1 + 2 when hovering on a product in a collection)

Without seeing what you had done that's hard to give adivce on what to change / tweak.

I can make an assumption if you're seeing a weird size on hover: the second image is not the same size as the first. Are they the same?

If they are not, and you can't change them to be that way it's quite possible the guide you're following isn't going to be suitable. What is the guide?

It works, however stretches my images

Can anyone help with this? 

I have followed the tutorial now & can get the image to flip ok however image 1 + the flip image are now stretched
