Packing slips won't load

Anyone else having this issue right now? Clicking "Print packing slip" opens a new window, as normal, but the spinning icon just keeps spinning and the PDF won't load.

This is happening on Firefox v73.0.1. I've rebooted my computer and problem persists.

I have the same problem.  Have to keep closing Shopify and reopening.  VERY annoying.  Will spin forever.

Did anyone find a solution to this problem? This is so frustrating as I can print out shipping labels just fine, but packing slips won't load. This problem happens on both the app and on desktop no matter what browser I use.

So I figured out why the packing slips wouldn't load.  I had gotten a new computer.  I had to change two settings...one in my Chrome browser...under downloads...which came defaulted to making me save any pdfs before downloading. Turned that off.  the other was in Adobe PDF settings...turned off where they must be saved first.  Suddenly, Shopify packing slips download quickly, without needing to save them first.
