Password not removed from my store.

Hi , I just signed up for the basic plan and removed password from my store. I am able to view my store in my computer but not on my mobile device. On my mobile device, it says I need to key in a password, still.

Kindly look into my issue thank you.

I understand that you've signed up for the Shopify Basic plan and removed the storefront password from your store; however, the store is still asking you for a password on mobile devices. While I'm unable to take a look at your shop, I can confirm that there isn't' a separate password for the mobile storefront. If you've removed the storefront password already and it's still not working, then I'd recommend clearing your browser's caches as the first step. Since this isn't an issue on your computer, then I'd also recommend trying with a different browser or mobile device - this way, we can try to isolate the problem.

If the issue persists, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Yes please help me remove the password and let me know the root cause.
Still can't view it from my phone device.
