I have tried several times to close my paused store.
I keep getting the following message and I do not see any way to get to the admin area.
"Your store is currently on the Pause plan
Select one of these plans to start working on your store again."
When I try to contact Shopify for help I have to log in again and then I get that message again and I never get to support.
Can someone help me reach a support person?

It sounds as though you have opted for the Pause plan as opposed to the Pause and build plan (as mentioned here), which is why you can not access the admin of your store. If you would like to close the store before your the three paused months has expired, our support can assist you further via our help centre or Facebook.
