I would like to pause my store, how is this going to affect the annual subscription I've already paid? I've clicked into it in my setting and it says my annual subscription will be cancelled if I pause. What will happen to the remaining credit? What will happen during the 3 months and what will happen after the 3 months?

If you paused your store in this instance you would get a credit for the difference in plans which would go towards any future subscription charges. What’s cancelled would be your existing annual billing cycle, which means that if you wanted to go back onto an annual plan in the future, then you would be charged for a brand new annual billing cycle at that time (though any remaining subscription credit would go towards the charge to lower the amount).
