Hi, I'm from India. I finished setting up my online store and connected to a alternative payment provider. I placed a test order when I noticed, the payment provider's page  isn't loading and instead the following message is shown:

'Cannot be processed, seems authentication is wrong, please check credentials. To solve this, please contact shop so that processor credentials are configured accordingly in Shopify Gateway'
