I don’t use Shopify anymore and it still took money from my account ..

I am sorry to hear you were charged unexpectedly. If your store was not cancelled and it is still active on our platform then the store would be automatically included on our billing cycle until it has been cancelled. Has this store been cancelled? If not, here’s how to close up your Shopify Shop in just a few clicks:

To cancel your store, log into your admin and follow these steps:
- Click on "Settings", then "Plans and permissions" or "Account"
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Close my store".
