Payout not in account

Hey I received an email from Spotify on Oct. 13 stating that I would be receiving my payout in 2-3 days but its Oct. 20 now and I have not seen a deposit in my account. Can someone help me out please?

Hey, @nichr114. I’m Helen from Shopify Support, and I’m here to help! 

 

Please start by checking your payout status by going to ‘Settings > Payments > View Payouts’ from your Shopify admin. Is there a notification next to your payout indicating any of the following?

 

  • Pending
  • In Transit
  • Failed

 

This Help Doc has an explanation of what each status means. So, once we know more about the current state of your payout, we’ll be able to look further into it and determine more about when it will be deposited into your bank account.

It actually says "paid" thats the weird thing about it, but I have received anything in my account.
