When you set up your Shopify store, a PayPal Express Checkout account for the email address you used to set up your store is automatically created for you. However, if you already have a Paypal business account linked to another email address, you can change the account you accept payments into.
To do this, please go to ‘Settings > Payment providers’ from your Shopify admin. Click on the ‘Deactivate’ button within the Paypal section to disconnect from the default account.
Then click ‘Activate’, login to the Paypal account you would prefer to connect to your store, follow the prompts to give the permissions needed, and return back to your Shopify account.
