Pinterest kept on disactivated my account but still charge me everyday 5$ dollar and it not fair loosing money everyday like that it hurt

To clarify, are you using the Pinterest app from the Shopify App Store

If so, this app is fully supported by Pinterest, so it's best to speak with their Support team about this directly. Please reach out to them via email using the email address shopify-help@pinterest.com and supply their team with the following information: 

  • Your name 
  • Your email address 
  • Your .myshopify.com URL
  • An outline of the troubles you're experiencing with your account being deactivated, and the charges you're receiving 
  • Any applicable screenshots you can provide 

Once you contact Pinterest with these details, they can help investigate this situation further, and confirm how to get this resolved.
