Please help me close my shop

Hi Shopify Staff,

My shop is currently on pause mode but I would like to close it for good.
I'm trying to close it but it seems I can only do it if I pay to re-activate it.

Unfortunately, with the pandemic situation, I don't even have money to pay for the closure.
As it's in the pause mode, would you help me close it without re-activating it?

Hey, @ronlima 

By the sounds of it, you actually aren't on a paused plan but your account is actually inactive. When you are on a paused plan you still have access to the admin, from there you can close the store. In your case the account is inactive, and it sounds like you are prompt to pay an outstanding bill upon logging in. If this is the case, no further action is required. You will not be billed further.

Dear @Dirk ,

My shop really is on Pause (please check the screenshot I'm sending you).
The thing is that it seems I cannot close it for good.

Could you please help me delete it forever?

Dear @Dirk 

It seems there's a bigger problem here.

Following the link you provided, I got into a page where I need to select a store to get support.
Unfortunately, your system won't allow me to select my own shop even after being logged in.

Check the screenshots I'm attaching as they show I cannot select my store.

Sorry, but I'm stuck here

Thanks for the update. That shouldn't be an issue as long as you select the text that says "continue without selecting a shop" in the second screenshot. One of our advisors can help authenticate manually.
