I have set up Shopify trial account account 2 weeks ago and just tried some features for few hours and never published the website. Today I just received credit card billing message today saying shopify has charged me USD 29. I already cancelled my subscription and would you please don't charge me and get me the money back please. I am unemployed now and have difficulties to pay the credit card bill.
I am unable to find a way to contact any shopify staff which makes me feel frustrated.
