Post purchase stuck

Hello guys, 

I have this issue on my store after purchasing something it's stuck.  (Image attached)

it's just stuck there forever.

i had Sweetupsell installed before. then i changed to Zipify Oneclickupsell then it shows me this.

I tried to delete all both upsells and it's still stuck. idk maybe something with the code had changed when i had both upsells i have no idea please help me what should i do?

If you've added third-party apps to your store, I would recommend you reach out to the respective app developers to ask that they help you remove any residual code that may be left behind in the theme.

If Sweetspot Checkout Upsell is one of the apps, you can contact them here

The Zipify OneClickUpsell app doesn't appear to be listed on our app store, but the same principle would apply.

Of course, you could also try rolling back the code in your theme to see if that helps.

To do that, simply go to Online Store > Actions > Edit Code:

This is usually a theme conflict, often the product the the install/uninstall process.


We work with Zipify all of the time for adding custom content and upsell or subscriptions. 


Here's a recent project using Zipify to create a custom page w/ subscriptions.

I'd look in the template mentioned above if this is still an issue.
