We are having issues with setting up our Facebook Shop, despite us being compliance with all the terms/policies. We requested a review several months back which was rejected, and now we're being told that our Facebook Shop cannot *ever* be reviewed again? This makes no sense to us and of course is a big deal which we want to try and get fixed.
We received the following from Facebook:
"The reason was due to the account not complying with the Commerce Eligibility Requirements. As you have mentioned, you did not have a domain that was verified. I understand your frustration but this is the only pathway available for the rejected account. Sadly, I cannot transfer you as this is not a process I can do. That is correct, if your account has been rejected on two occasions, you will not be able to request another review for this account. I hope I have been able to clarify this query."
Please could someone kindly assist us with this?
