I have hired more than 7 weeks ago a "Shopify expert " to design a website. I have given him my exact need and it was very clear ! I have paid 50% down payment and he had 2 weeks to deliver the work.
He had been very unprofessional delivering first an empty website ( only the design and 0 functionality working). He appologized and ask for an extra week to do the job, now he is 5 weeks late and the website has still many bugs and he is clearly not concerned about this. I have lost a lot of time and money for this, what can I do now ?
Also, DOES ANYONE CAN HAVE THE "SHOPIFY EXPERT " name on his profil ?

Your best recourse is to use your payment method to get your money back.
Hopefully you paid using either a credit card or Paypal. Find the transaction details in your credit card account. Call your credit card and explain the issue. It might take a week or so but almost always you can get your money back this way.
