Problem with facebook shop review

I am facing the same issue. My facebook shop got disconnected and I tried to reconnect it. It has been pending in review forever ! It takes 70 minutes or more to get in touch with Shopify help and nothing has been of use. This is really frustrating.

Did you manage to fix this? I have Hd the same problem since November! Shopify and Facebook are no use whatsoever.
