Problem with reconnect domain

Hello,

 

I have some problems with reconnect my domain to store. I closed my store before month.

But I opened it again yesterday. I tried to connect my domain.

 

I bought domain on Shopify, so I cant change CNAME and @.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this. I just wanted to clear some things up with you so I will be able to help you as efficiently as possible. Did you A) buy futurezz.com on this current account, close it and then open it again? Or, B) did you buy this on a separate Shopify account and you would like to transfer it over? 

 

If it is case A, did you remove the domain from Shopify before closing or was it removed somehow after the account was closed? If it is case B, could you share the myshopify.com address of the old store and the new store? 

 

I feel that this would be a specific account issue. I would like to reach out to you via email so that I can take a close into your account. Would this be ok with you?

Do you currently have an account with Shopify? If so, what is your myshopify.com address? What error message are you receiving when you try to connect your domain? Can you elaborate on your situation a bit more? i.e. when did you buy your domain? Did you buy it from Shopify or a third party?

I have a similar problem. I closed my store and got an email my domain has a transfer code and eligible to use it 12-7 but I’m trying to use it on a new Shopify store and getting errors. Email is 3ricalee@gmail.com Shopify store is lovely infatuation loft and using www.lovelyinfatuationloft.com

Hi I’m having an issue getting my domain back. I was out of town and my domain name was set to auto renew and I guess it was unable to using the card I had on file and now I paid the fee but it says “set up in progress” am I able to get my domain or do I have to create a new one. It doesn’t look like anyone has my domain currently.

Apologies for the delayed response, I was out of office. If a domain name has expired it will go into what we call a 40 day Grace Period. When in this period, it can be manually renewed for you from our side. You would just need to contact our support team directly. Judging by the link you have posted in your comment, the domain has been renewed and is now working correctly. Please do let me know if you need any further help.
