Problems with Customised Reports on MacBook.

Anyone else had issues with trying to check a customised report on a Mac.

Normally, you can just hit a start and finish date and 'Apply' and you get the report on the orders between those dates. Just recently, on a MacBook, have had issues with retrieving this data. For example trying to look at orders for May - as soon as you hit the 1st (being the start date), it just throws you into the list of orders in the month to date. Has anyone else had these issues? Would love some help. Have tried disabling everything that Shopify suggested but don't want to make my computer vulnerable. Any advice out there????
