Problems with Shopify payment plans

Hi,

My store is currently on pause because my trial has ended, but when I try to select a payment plan. The payment doesn't go through. I have tried with 2 cards already and it doesn't work. Has anyone experience this?

 

I will appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you!

Thank you Ali! I have tried that but because my store is on pause it
doesn’t let me select the chat option because it doesn’t find my store. I
tried the email option but then I got a response I should use the chat
instead because it is faster, but every time I tried it doesn’t let me type
any question, so I am unable to get any answers from Shopify support.

Sounds weird to me, but I think you can describe that problem to Shopify support via email, and keep in touch with them on that channel.
