Product description not appearing as bullet list - probable CSS issue

I have a similar issue. The product description is not appearing as bullet points. Also there appears to be additional \n which I don't know about. Further the product description starts and ends with ".

The rich HTML text editor isn't helping either. I have attached the image for reference. Can you assist please.

Thanks for your reply, but this is not the solution I was looking for. I have already tried these options. There seems to be a CSS issue which is preventing the bullet listing.
