Product disapears

Greetings fellow Shopifyers,

So I have had my store active now for 4 months now.  In the last month or two I've noticed that only one of my products keeps disappearing.  I add it back to the active list and within a 24 hour period the link to it becomes broken, and the item is removed from the "online" in the sales channel.

It is the cat bed product.  It is also the last slide of the slideshow.
