Can I ask where you bought your domain from? If you bought it from a third party your best bet is to reach out to the domain provider directly. If you bought the domain through Shopify, can you let me know (if the best email is the one you signed up to the community with?) and I can take a closer look into this for you then?

In this instance, we would not be able to provide a refund. We can only look into and review refunds for misspelled domains and in the case of incorrect suffixes (.com, .info, .ca, nl), we do not provide refunds.
