I have an issue where my pixel recorded a purchase as shown on ads manager.
However, on my store there is nothing !!! No orders or anything. Now I do not know how to fulfill these orders.
Could it be something wrong with my store setup or could someone be messing with my pixel (by fake purchasing)?
Any tips would be appreciated !!
A post from last year and nobody replied. I am experiencing the same thing and I got even more of this "ghost purchases".
Shopify team is trying to find out what it is and Facebook team (as you might have expected) is totally useless and the only answer they gave was "It must be Shopify's fault".
I deleted my custom code from the Checkout page setting on Shopify for now. And probably I'll try to create a new event code later,
if it happens again.
