Purchasing a new domain or connected an existing one

Hi there,

I currently have an online store. I am moving to shopify and now that I have built the site, I am trying to purchase a new domain or connect an existing.

Every time I go to purchase a new domain it wants me to edit my store info.


Changing the info doesn't seem to help. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. From what you have described and the screenshot that you have shared it would appear to be a technical issue on our end. I will be emailing you directly to get this matter looked at by our billing team so that they can manually charge your account for this domain and connect it to your store. Keep an eye on your inbox!
