Since both PayPal and Shopify will not refund the original processing fees on cancelled orders; can we add a disclaimer on our Sales Policy Page stating that there will be a cancellation fee of some sort for PayPal customers who choose to cancel an order before it is shipped? We recently have had several orders over $2500.00 that were cancelled within a short amount of time which cost us quite a bit of processing fees that we were unable to recoup.
If not; besides raising our prices what can we do to reduce our future losses? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
